Our plant was created as a greenfield investment using self-financing, in which the production was started in December 2002 with meeting the standards and principles of Helyes Higiéniai és Gyártási Gyakorlat (Correct Hygienic and Production Practice). Our export licence was available before the admittance of Hungary to the European Union with license number HU-437 EGK.
Our primary goal when founding the company was to produce smoked provisions by combining traditional manufacturing with modern technology among the pioneers in Hungary.
Our main function consist of producing cold- and warm smoked sea- and freshwater fish as well as delicates fish and poultry products.
